Honolulu Cookie Co - (808) 845-1778

My family have been going to Hawaii for the pst 25 years. When ever we go to Waikiki we always make a stop at the Honolulu Cookie Co. My favorite ones are Chocolate Macadamia, White Chocolate Kona Coffee, Pineapple Macadamia, Triple Chocolate Macadamia. The cookies melt in your mouth. Ask for a sample. These cute pineapple-shaped cookies are buttery and delicious. The Chocolate Macadamia is my favorite flavor--looks too perfect to devour and tastes entirely scrumptious. The Pineapple Macadamia is a close second behind; the cube of dried pineapple in the middle of it really needs to be supersized, though.

Shortbread anything is so goooood. Honolulu Cookie Company specializes in gourmet shortbread treats. They offer many varieties and molds. One time I got the assorted selection bag containing the pineapple shape mold (which they are famous for) with different fillings -- pineapple, lilikoi, mango, Kona coffee, and macadamia nuts -- the lilikoi and pineapple were my favorites. They also offer chocolate-dipped cookies, which are equally yummy. These cookies can be bought individually but also come in so many assortments -- why would you want just one?!
