HONOLULU (KHNL) - Kamehameha Schools is facing another lawsuit for racial discrimination. Attorneys, representing four families who seek an end to the "Native Hawaiians Only" admissions policy, filed suit in Federal district court Wednesday.

HONOLULU (AP) Federal agents arrested 43 illegal immigrant farm workers in Waipahu this week during a raid on an apartment complex. Immigration and Customs special agent-in-charge Wayne Wills said it was the largest arrest in a single raid so far this year.

A Louisiana man was sentenced to two months in federal prison for smuggling more than 200 gaffs into the U.S. through Hawaii. Joseph Marty Toralba was arrested at the Honolulu airport on Feb. 2 as he was returning from an international cockfighting derby in the Philippines. U.S. district judge David A. Ezra sentenced Toralba to 60 days in prison, one year of probation, and fined him $1,000.
